1. Can I apply for more than one plan?
No, only one certificate is allowed per participant.
2. What if I change my mind after enrolling in this plan?
If you change your mind, you have 15 days from the date you receive your Takaful Certificate schedule to cancel it and receive a refund of your contribution.
3. How will I receive my Takaful Certificate schedule?
You will receive it through the provided email during the registration process.
4. Is there a waiting period for this plan?
The waiting period for this plan is 30 days. We will not pay the benefit in case of death or Total and Permanent Disability caused by natural causes within 30 days from the certificate's start date.
